  When it aches and has been the case for some times or for years there is always room for improvement; Back to Health and David has always been of good advice and always has some exercices to show you ; it works if you are consistent with your pratic ; after all 15 mn a day is nothing and brings major shifts

  David was the best physio i've ever visited. He is a wealth of knowledge and applied a range of techniques best suited to me and my injuries, both traditional and contemporary. I went to him with a broken foot, dislocated shoulder and back issues, I was back surfing in less than 6 weeks and unlike previous physios i've seen, he didn't try and rope me into months of costly therapy. I have since recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Back to Health!!

  I would recommend the team at Back to Health to anyone . David has been helpful and has got me back walking again when I thought my long term health would be in a wheel chair. I cant thank them enough . If you need a physo please contact them you will not be sorry.
